All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and product availability. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Packaging

All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend customers record an unboxing video at the time of delivery for safety and claim purposes.

Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues may cause delays. Italio shall not be held liable for such delays.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Italio will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Items

In case of damaged or missing items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images by emailing info@italioshop.com.
