Returns
We accept return requests only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product delivered
To be eligible for a return, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product condition. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@italioshop.com along with the unboxing video, clear product images, and order details.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Returns without an unboxing video
Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs will be borne by Italio only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong deliveries. In other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
